To enroll in an event, complete the form below.
Payment can be processed via Visa/MC/Disc/AmEx with or without a PayPal account. Personal checks
are not encouraged.
Once payment has been received your name will be added to the event/class list.
All events have limited attendance to ensure adequate personal attention. Therefore, refunds will not
be given in the event of a no-show or cancellation less than two days in advance. A transfer of
payment to another event/class/service is acceptable if cancellation occurs more than two days prior
to the event.
